Our Process

Upload a digital scan or schedule a pickup for impressions and the Rx.

Fabrication
An assigned technician builds the appliance to your prescription.

Quality check
Fit, thickness, and finish are verified against the model twice.

Shipped back
Packaged, labeled per patient, and tracked to your office.
Policies
Straightforward guarantees and billing
Gilbert's Guarantee
If an appliance does not fit the original model on which it was fabricated, we will remake it at no charge. Simply return the appliance along with the original model and a new impression so our team can promptly fabricate a replacement.
Billing
- Invoices: An individual invoice will be included with each completed case returned to your office.
- Monthly Statements: Statements are issued on the last day of each month and include all outstanding account activity.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of the statement date.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Visa, and Mastercard.
